Phil Melroe is a freelance video producer in the Phoenix Area. Previously interning with the Arizona Diamondbacks producing content for the video board and social media. Phil is also a replay operator for all the four major sports Phoenix valley venues video board shows.

Phil earned his Bachelors of Science degree in photojournalism at Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Relevant course work included; broadcast journalism/reporting writing, semester long video and photo documentary production, software applications for photography, graphic design, video production. Sports promotion, strategic communication and live sports production.

During his time at MSUM, Phil was a six-time member of the deans list and a member of the Dragon Football team where he learned a lot of life lessons and leadership traits. Phil was also a member of the Go! Team, The athletic department’s streaming provider for sporting events and social media/promotion’s team.

Phil’s passion for working in athletics derives from participating in sports at an early age, then competing at the Division II level football for the Minnesota State University Moorhead Dragons from 2017 - 2021
